Balmain Apartments

Atoma were engaged to revitalise this 28 apartment complex in Balmain, to match its premium waterfront location.

The design response transforms the appearance and performance of the existing residential building by refreshing the interiors and providing a new rain screen over the existing masonry and concrete facade.
