Currently, the existing walls of the house are being suspended in mid air while a four car garage and basement is being constructed underneath the house. All 1910s period features are being retained and restored.

Central to the design brief is the celebration of the house’s cherished heritage, having been home to two generations of the same family, whilst updating it to cater to the needs of the next generation.
